Quality Manager

As Quality Manager, you are the driving force behind our quality and food safety policy. You ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and legal requirements. Together with your colleague from the quality department, you form a strong team and work closely with production, management and external partners.

Your responsibilities

Quality policy

  • You will develop, implement and monitor the quality policy and quality objectives.
  • You will organise training courses on quality and food safety.
  • You will report on the performance of the quality system to senior management.
  • You will prepare for and facilitate management reviews and quality meetings.

 

Quality Management

  • You will handle complaints and non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
  • You will incorporate changes in legislation into our internal processes.
  • You will prepare for and facilitate external audits (IFS, RSPO and Rainforest Alliance).
  • You organise recall drills and traceability tests.
  • You approve HACCP for new products and machinery.
  • You manage and evaluate our Food Defence and Food Fraud systems and report on these to senior management.
  • You help to monitor our Food Safety Culture.

 

Food Safety & HACCP

  • You will coordinate the entire HACCP system: development, validation, verification and follow-up.
  • You will convene the HACCP team when necessary.
  • You will be a co-decision-maker in the event of non-conformities at critical control points (CCPs).
  • You manage pest control, glass and plastic records, and monitor waste streams.
  • You check the effectiveness of cleaning through visual inspections and microbiological analyses.
  • You plan and carry out internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.

 

Administration & Document Management

  • You are the IFS coordinator and work in collaboration with our external consultant in this role.
  • You manage the RSPO and Rainforest Alliance dossiers.
  • You manage product specifications, technical data sheets and ingredient declarations.
  • You coordinate supplier audits, quality controls and the analysis plan.
  • You are the point of contact for the FAVV, external laboratories and audit bodies.
  • You interpret analysis results and manage the calibration plan.

 

Day-to-day monitoring

  • You carry out regular quality rounds in production.
  • You manage internal and external sampling.
  • You monitor the use and management of PPE.
  • You liaise daily with your colleague in the quality department to organise operations as effectively as possible.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated colleague who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a food-related field or has equivalent experience.
  • Has experience in quality assurance within the food industry.
  • Is fully familiar with HACCP, IFS and food safety.
  • Works accurately and methodically, and is keen to take the initiative.
  • Is a strong communicator and knows how to get people on board with quality improvements.
  • Speaks Dutch fluently; knowledge of French and English is an advantage.

Packer (male or female) working in two shifts, with a sense of responsibility

As a packer, you will be responsible for carefully packing and checking our products in accordance with our customers’ requirements.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will be a key link in our production process. You will be responsible for:

  • Packing, labelling and checking finished products.
  • Strictly adhering to quality and safety regulations.
  • Completing the relevant administrative tasks correctly.
  • Reporting any deviations or problems.
  • Setting up and fine-tuning packaging machines.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated colleague who:

  • Has experience in a dynamic production environment.
  • Possesses the technical knowledge to fully understand our machinery.
  • Speaks and understands Dutch.
  • Is willing to work a two-shift system (you’re not put off by night work).

Commercial premises cleaner (24 hours per week)

As a cleaner, you’ll ensure that our workplace remains tidy and hygienic every day. You’re an early riser – starting work between 6.30 am and 7.00 am doesn’t put you off!

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning offices, toilet facilities and communal areas.
  • Maintaining floors, surfaces, doors and other business premises.
  • Emptying bins and sorting waste correctly.
  • Restocking toilet supplies.
  • Carrying out regular cleaning tasks.
  • Identifying shortages, faults or issues requiring extra attention.
  • Complying with the applicable hygiene and safety regulations within our food production facility.

 

In short: You’ll be making a direct contribution to a clean, pleasant and safe working environment for all colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have an eye for detail (you spot that one speck of dust that others miss).
  • You’re able to work well independently and take the initiative.
  • You are reliable and punctual.
  • Experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is much more important to us!
  • You speak enough Dutch to understand agreements and instructions clearly.

Operator (puff pastry production)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced operator.

Your responsibilities

  • You will operate and calibrate machines in accordance with the relevant production specifications.
  • You will check the quality of our products and take action in the event of minor faults.
  • You will ensure the production line starts up and switches over smoothly.
  • You will work closely with your colleagues in production, packaging and maintenance.
  • You will contribute ideas for improvements; your experience and ideas matter to us!

You have experience as an operator in a dynamic environment.

  • You speak and understand Dutch.

Operator (fixed topping, waffles, vertical flow-pack)

As an experienced operator, you’ll be a real asset to our topping and waffle department!

Your responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be a key link in our production process.
  • You will work in accordance with the established safety and quality standards.
  • You will follow GMP and HACCP procedures.
  • You will operate the filling machine independently.
  • You will place the finished goods in their correct location in the warehouse.
  • You will act as back-up for our waffle department:
    • Weighing and mixing raw materials according to recipes.
    • Setting up, starting up and adjusting production machines.
  • You will complete the relevant paperwork correctly and carefully.
  • You will ensure your workplace is tidy at all times.
